CineJugaad Terms of Service

Welcome to CineJugaad! These Terms & Conditions (we’ll call them “Terms” because it’s less of a mouthful) are the rules that explain how you use our platform—whether on our app, website or through whatever device you’ve installed us on. By signing up for, logging into or using CineJugaad, you are confirming that you have read these terms and agreeing to be bound by them. Avoid the murky legalese — just give us straight talk. If any of that doesn’t work for you, don’t use the platform that we helped you build.

Who Can Use CineJugaad?

All we want is for CineJugaad to be a safe and fair experience for everyone, so here are some ground rules about who can join:
Our platform is for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and to be responsible for your use of the service.
When you sign up, we ask for information that confirms who you are (like your name and an email address). No pseudoscience bullshit, no identity theft. And if we determine that you have lied about your info, we may have to pause or delete your account in order to keep things safe for everyone.
CineJugaad is strictly for individual use. You may not use it for business or commercial purposes, such as charging others for access to our features like you would your own product, without our express permission.

How to Use CineJugaad Fairly

We want everyone to have a good experience, so please use our platform the way you’re supposed to:
Let’s not get into breaking any Indian laws while using CineJugaad. That includes no hacking, spreading viruses or spam, stealing other people’s info, and impersonating someone else online — along with posting stuff that’s illegal, stupidly dangerous (like robberies), misleading (like hate speech or propaganda) and just plain inappropriate (porn).
Don’t try to “game” our platform — for example by interfering with our code, or operating features (such as ad blockers on the free version) in such a way as to restrict or block other users. If you do, we will take action — including telling you to stop, or even deleting your account — with no refund.
You may not copy, download or share content from our platform (like feature designs, logos, or any software) without our written consent. Those things are ours, and we work hard to maintain them!

Pay Features (If You Want Them)

If you subscribe to CineJugaad Premium (our paid membership), there are some additional terms:
Premium is a subscription (and unless we tell you otherwise, you will be charged periodically on a regular basis until you cancel (monthly, yearly or whichever applicable plan that you choose). Before you sign up, we’ll give you the price and how often we’ll bill you — no hidden costs.
You can cancel your Premium package at any time in your account settings. Just keep in mind we don’t offer refunds for partially used billing periods (including if you cancel partway through a month). You can use Premium until the end of your next billing cycle.
Sometimes we do change Premium features or pricing, but we’ll give you plenty of notice (typically via email or a message on the platform). If that isn’t something you prefer, you can cancel before changes take effect.

Our Rights: Ensuring CineJugaad Continues To Function Smoothly

We have to make sure CineJugaad continues improving, too, so we also need a few rights:
We can modify or remove any part of these Terms at any time. When we complete it, we will publish the new version on this page and indicate a “Last Updated” date at the top. We will also do our best to tell you about major changes (via email or app notification). Continued Use of CineJugaad After the New Terms Take Effect You may not use the Services and may not accept the new Terms if you are a convicted sex offender.
We may add, remove or modify features on our platform (for example, launching new tools, retiring old tools). We don’t need to ask for your permission, but we try to communicate major changes when possible.
If you violate these Terms (including by acting disruptively to misuse the Service or failing to follow our instructions), we can suspend or terminate your account, and we can delete any virtual items (if any) in your account without providing you with a refund (except as required by applicable law if you are a Premium Account user). We will do so only if we need to make CineJugaad safe for everyone.

What if Something Goes Wrong?

We make a lot of efforts to ensure that CineJugaad works properly, but now and then there are failures. Here’s what you need to know:
We cannot promise that CineJugaad will operate flawlessly 24/7. There could be outages, glitches or slowdowns — perhaps even on account of server problems, internet traffic spikes or routine maintenance. We’ll make these right as quickly as we are able, but we cannot reimburse you for time you were not able to use the platform.
We’re not liable for certain losses you might have as a result of using CineJugaad—so if some error in technology is the reason why you don’t see something, or if we cause something to stop working and that leads to your loss (of money, time, anything else), no fault of ours. This isn’t the case if we’re obviously at fault (e.g. by breaking a law) but in order that neither side has an unfair advantage over the other party.
